Why?
I don't run many fanlistings, and comparatively I don't sign up for many either. However, when I
first watched Elfen Lied I really, really liked the Lucy/Nyuu character, in both her forms.
As the anime is a not-widely-known one and hasn't yet been licensed in the US, there were no character
listings for her or anyone else, so I decided to make one.
